Attached x-ray , immense pain at jaw joint ,ct scan for head report came normal. The pain last for 2 hrs everyday, it may come anytime in a day and will last for 2 hrs.

Please rule out decayed teeth first. Pain also refers from decayed teeth to joints at times. Does the pain happen in the right side? Does it increase on taking anything hot Or cold in particular? Does it happen while you open or close the mouth? Do you feel relieved on taking any medication? Does it start in the night?
