Yes, your Doctor is right and follow the course. Medicines to take after food. Need to take Pantaprazole / Rabiprazole or Ranitidine along with these. Water intake should be high.

It must have been an assessment of your doctor to give a steroid to you which is not a bad idea if given in the right manner in the right dosage. Steroid can be given for short spans & need to be tapered off well in dosage. Nilsu P seems to be Nimesulide + Paracetamol, which is an Anti-Inflammatory agent to reduce pain. Both can be given together. Safety depends upon what other health problems you have.

Hi what is the state of your prostratitis. You have been taking medicine for a month. That’s pretty long duration and now you are prescribed with Nilsu P and wysolone 10 mg. Please ask your physician why does he want to add steroids in treatment.. reason for it. Is he expecting that you have not recovered from prostratitis. I hope you are consulting a Urologist for your treatment. Get a USG abdomen done. Adding wyaolone and nilsuP means treating of chronic infection . So I think your treating doctor should be able to explain. Steroids for long are to be taken in special scenario only
