Wrist pain
I fell on road and got all my pressure on wrist, got swelling afterwards, so I reached for xray and on consulting to physician it wasn't fractured. But last finger and that side of wrist is still painful on moving it, cannot take pressure as the pain goes till elbow. I don't know how to treat it and does this comes under orthopedic, neurology, chiropractor or physiotherapy?

If there is no obvious fracture, then either you will have a hairline fracture or it will be a sprain. Bones heal in 4-6 weeks, but soft tissue injuries take longer to heal. You will need to take simple painkillers, use a wrist splint and also use icepacks on the wrist. It will gradually improve. See an Orthopedic Surgeon for this
