Wrist pain
Few days ago while doing barbell curl may be my wrist get twist because of this I have some problem in moving my wrist. when I try to move I feel some pain on my wrist joint

Strechting exercises of the wrist pronation and supination exercises of the wrist. Strengthening exericses of the hand contrast bath.

1. Immobilise affected wrist for 2-3 weeks with a wrist splint. 2. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help. 3. Apply local ice packs. 4. Keep affected wrist elevated.
Next Steps
Get x-rays done to rule out fracture.
