Sudecks atrophy is a known complication after cast treatment of fractures, the tissues will hyper respond with lot of pain, swelling and stiffness. If your pain and swelling has reduced now, continue with active wrist and finger ROM exercises, u should get back movements over a period of time
Next Steps
continue with ROM exercises
Health Tips
it's important to move all joints which are free from day 1 of your cast application, prevention of sudecks is better than curing it
