Wound on finger
My father got this wound on finger and it has been 3months. It started with small one and got this big. Have tried everything but it is not getting better. Can someone please see and tell me how this will be fine?

If no history of trauma it can be: I Infected wound, especially if pt is diabetic 2. Pyogenic granuloma 3. Malignancy

Hi. One of my differentials is pyogenic granuloma - this is a benign growth which grows and bleeds from time to time. It may need surgical / radio frequency treatment. Firstly though u may need an antibiotic based ointment application. Pls see a doctor near you. Warm regards, Dr Govind

Hello He is able to do movement of the finger. The finger is looking completely infected . U need surgical removal of the infection. Medicines will not help him.
