Hi!
All of a sudden there is something like a small wound in my gums above one of my teeth. (See attached photo). It hurts when I brush the tooth, but not really otherwise.
Could this be because of food or something? Will it get good by itself?
The tooth has an old and fixed injury (from when I was a child), so don't look at that.

It would be better if you check is there is any food lodgement and rinse your mouth with warm saline water
