Can I take water immediately after workout(normal).And can I do workout daily or is there be any limitation.

Hello, you can take water post workout immediately. Try having with electrolytes so that you prevent dehydration and give instant energy to muscles. You can do workout daily 30-40 mins. But minimum you should exercise 5 days a week for weight loss. Go for abdomen exercise and legs exercise on alternative days and do 20 minutes cardio daily. Along with strengthening exercises.
