Hi there.. anytime is good for workout but doing morning is better as you ll be fresh and energetic in morning unlike evening when you'll be drained after busy work schedule and you won't effectively workout.. you can do aerobics first then do muscle training.. don't over burden your body at once only.. start slowly with few counts and increase the counts day by day...
