Weight gain myth 3

Is cardio gud for us or not?I have read a book of fittness by MARK LAUREN in which he advices cardio is waste of time and we loose our musclemass doing cardio instead we should do strength training to loose fat. So should we do cardio to loose weight or not as it is bad for our body?

Hi cardio has some good effects for Cardiac health. there are more exercises like free hand,aerobic, . u can start doing these along with proper diet plans as last Dr.said correctly.

Why to only think about weight loss while doing cardio ? Cardio is fantastic in hypertension , for heart and our over all health. We always used to play so much when we were child. We can never lose weight by just doing weight training. Infact weight training is required for toning up your muscles once you have lost weight. You lose weight by following a right diet which we say meal planning, planning every thing from the break fast till the dinner. So I recommend you should ask your dietitian who will help you lose weight by doing proper meal planning for you.
