What does mean by weightgain or what are types of weight gains?if lean musculemass gaining is weight gain? Can carbs increase lean musclemass and shape and Strengthen our muscles?why do everybody advice to eats carbs to gain weight? What does they mean in sense of weight gain?

carbohydrate is the main source of energy for everyone. secondary reason could be body fat called visceral fat deposition due to more & more intake. less exercises but more consuming carbohydrate, saturated fats are harmful as extra body fat,Cardiac, liver disorders. so make balanced even all are needed in a right proportion including all kinds of fatts,carbohydrate.

Weight gain is not eating carbohydrates its muscle gain giving strength to your body and building up of muscle. No carbohydrates never increase muscles they increase fat
