Workout after covid
Hello, I was infected with covid on 27th April . And tested negative on 7th May. I was in home isolation. So it's going to 2 month I don't feel much weakness now. Daily walking 1.5km to 2Km and doing yoga for for 40 min. Is it safe to start home workout now. Or do I have to wait for another few days? Note - I was working out from past 3 years.
