You must not have felt any pain during the time you were on medication. However, after 3-4 days, the pain sensation could be felt. The lower and upper jaw are supplied by the same nerve. So, the lower jaw pain can be referred to upper jaw here. If there was any pre-existing problem in upper molar, it can manifest now since you must have been gentle with your brushing on right side.

s possible for pain to radiate or be referred to neighboring teeth or areas after a dental procedure. While it's less common, the removal of a lower wisdom tooth can potentially affect the upper tooth if there is inflammation or swelling in the surrounding tissues. Additionally, the extraction process itself may cause some temporary changes in the surrounding oral structures, which could lead to discomfort in nearby teeth. Another possibility is that the upper molar tooth might have an unrelated issue that coincidentally began around the same time as your wisdom tooth removal. It could be a separate dental problem, such as a cavity, an infection, or gum disease. To get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, it's important to consult with your dentist or oral surgeon. They will be able to examine your teeth, take X-rays if necessary, and provide you with the best advice based on your specific situation.

I don't think lower one has any role. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment(if required).
