Wisdom tooth removal
I got my one wisdom tooth removed on 30 aug 2018, I want to know that what should be the condition of the wound after 18 days. As I am abe to see a hole and something of black colour at the extraction site.

If you have no pain then don't worry it will heal. Wait for one more week. Just keep the area clean by doing warm saline rinses frequently and rinse it more thoroughly after every meal

if the skin is still open n u c hole then get an x-ray done to check if there r any tooth piece remaining

Keep the area clean! Hole is ok, but blackish is NOT!
It usually takes 6weeks to 6 month for hole to fill up.

By this time initial healing phase would have occurred. If there is any gap your sutures could have given way. Anyway better you consult the dentist again for opinion physically he has to check

No need to worrry if there is whole it might be because some tooth remnant might b dere. U just do warm saline rinses 5 6 times a day

After 18 days your skin over the wound will start to close aa it heals.

Healing depends on how the extraction how complicated it was. No need to worry. You should do hot water gargles with salt to quicken the healing process and prevent infection in that area
