Wisdom tooth
My upper wisdom tooth had been removed a few days ago becoz of some pain and infection. According to the dentist, my other upper wisdom tooth too is prone to infection( no infection right now apart some black stains) as there are chances of food lodgement and very little space  for cleaning and I will have to get it removed in future. Please suggest how can i  prevent this tooth from infection as toothbrush doens't reach behind that tooth and I m not able to clean it properly?

Please try brushing while inserting a small head brush and slightly closing your mouth. In such a cases maintaining a good oral hygiene may delay the decay for some time. Malaligned wisdom teeth are always a trouble when it comes to cleaning.
Next Steps
Twice brushing-specially the back teeth and warm saline rinses after every meal would help in such situations.
