Wisdom tooth
I have been facing swollen gums since 7 months. But this time it's severe. I've got my whole left side swollen because of the pain. It's been 5 days now and the pain and swelling doesn't go. I'm having some pain killers. But now i have got ulcers in my mouth and tongue and my throat is dry. Not able to drink water too. It's painful. What should I do?

Dental pain is never cured with medications only. Some objective treatment by the dentist is always required. Medications only provide temporary relief of symptoms. You have already waited too long and the problem has aggravated because of this delay only. Without any further information and going by the description that you have mentioned, it seems that your wisdom tooth has inflammation around it.
