It will pain till the time it erupt completely in oral cavity. If space is less for it then it will never erupt and will pain on and off.

A wisdom tooth ache post it's eruptive phase happens owing to several reasons of which a few prominent are : 1) Lack of space 2) Space present but differently positioned 3) Lack of eruptive force. Whatever the cause it is classified under vestigial organs i.e., functionless in the course of evolution. Hence the treatment would be extraction under a local anaesthetic. With reference to the pain - you can manage the symptoms using medication for up to 7 days post which you will find relief for a while only to allow the problem to come back later maybe with a swelling accompanying it because you refused to get the cure. My apologies about having to be outright blunt Miss but you have to get the decaying tooth out and keep yourself healthy than using medication and overloading the kidney.
Next Steps
Visit an oral surgeon and get the problem tooth out.
Health Tips
Never self medicate.
