Hello sir
Please be calm
See wisdom tooth being mesioangular in shape requires extraction.however you can go for IPC in adjacent tooth.for further details you can consult me
Thanks
Your wisdom tooth is creating trouble to second molar. So it's required to extract wisdom teeth and go for root canal of second molar.
If you delay it then it's difficult to save second molar also.
Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
Your wisdom teeth are tilted and caused caries in the adjacent teeth. So it is required to do RCT of teeth touching wisdom teeth. And get your wisdom teeth extracted.
Hello,
As your wisdom tooth is tilted towards the 2nd molar, it has created cavity over there.
So it is very well advised to remove the wisdom tooth.
Regarding the adjacent tooth, as the cavity has reached your nerve area( pulp ) , it is advisable to get root canal followed by a crown.
