Since the right wisdom tooth was removed 7years back there are chances that the opposing tooth I.e the right upper posterior most teeth has supra-erupted and will be exerting pressure on the lower mucosa and can be the cause of pain … but this can be confirmed again on clinical examination ,also is the pain constant or seen intermittently on biting or chewing ??
