Less likely. You may visit a doctor for a counselling session if you feel too anxious. for any wisdom tooth related symptoms like pain swelling you can take a painkiller and do warm saline rinses thrice daily. If the symptoms persist and the tooth poses difficulty in mouth opening/eating etc get it extracted.

Hi, The wisdom teeth are coming out. The position of the upper right and lower left wisdom teeth is questionable. Are you having any pain over the wisdom tooth area? The clicking sound could be due to erupting upper wisdom tooth. Do warm water with salt gargle 3 to 4 times a day for the next 5 days. Observe the eruption of the wisdom teeth that are still to come out. If you experience too much pain, immediately visit the dentist and get a clinical evaluation done.
