I did Rc of my corner tooth 6yr back without crown...now I m feeling that filling is slight open...shall I go for direct cap...or again examination required

You have to go for c ray first and if there is no infection you can go for cap direct otherwise treatment plan will be different

If there is no cap and swelling you can go for Cap.

U should go for examination and x ray first. If your root canal has no trouble then you can go for filling and crown.
