Both your lower wisdom teeth require removal. The one on the left is horizontally impacted and the one on the right though appears straight may be partly covered with gums. The adjacent 2nd molar on the left side has also developed caries and needs to be treated. Ideally your upper wisdom teeth also should be removed as they will no longer serve any function after removal of the lower wisdom teeth. It is an elective procedure and can be done at your convenience. Just don't delay it too much or you may end up losing your 2nd molar too.  Take care.

Get your wisdom tooth extracted and also the adjoining tooth (2nd Molar) will require a Root canal Treatment with Full Crown. The more you delay the worse it gets. Dr.Sanjay Kumar

Your OPG is suggestive of impaction of both left and right lower last teeth, but the lower left third molar definitely requires immediate surgical extraction..... please do not feel apprehensive about the procedure because it is done under local anaesthesia and is completely painless..... and even the post operative discomfort can be minimum if you follow your dentist's instructions meticulously..... please understand that there is no bypass for this treatment option and it would be highly recommended if you do not delay this procedure for long because it will always have a tendency to flare up and aggravate in the future also causing damage to the second molar in front of it..... Regards.....

Hello, The ideal thing to do is get all your wisdom teeth extracted. Reason being it can cause damage to the tooth ahead in lower left region. Also upper wisdom teeth can cause harm in the future as day will supra erupt and cause problem in your jaw movements in the future. Hope this helps. Regards, Benchmark Dental Clinic
