Wisdom teeth
Wisdom teeth is just on upper from normal teeth so my brush cant go on back side of wisdom tooth so plz suggest me how to maintain hygiene for preventing future problems

Your age as you mentioned is 20. So your wisdom tooth might still be erupting. You can keep it clean by frequent gargling especially after meals. You might have to get it removed if it is not erupting in proper direction though. An x ray may be helpful
