Hello.. The pain u are feeling is near wisdom tooth region. The reason for pain is infection near that region because the tooth is stuck inside and chances of it coming out is almost negligible.. U feel pain while swallowing is because of same reason..
Next Steps
As of now u can start certain medicines:- -Tab. Augmentin 625 mg 1-0-1 for 5days -Tab. Zerodol SP 1-1-1 for 5 days -Cap. Pan D 1-0-1 for 5days -Rexidine M forte gel apply 3 to 4 times a day for 5 days on affected area. -Clohex ADS mouthwash twice daily for 7 days

can also do salt water gargling and do plane water gargling after every meal.... After lockdown is over need to check on x ray and then followed by tooth removal..

Problem in wisdom teeth. Asap go for Opg xray The tooth seems to be impacted,In meanwhile do warm saline rinses 5-6 times daily

Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Metrohex DG gel thrice daily for a week Warm saline rinses between meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

Hi ! Your wisdom tooth is the problem here. Probably it is stuck in bone and does not have enough space to come out. The gum overlying is infected now. You need to take medication to resolve the infection and eventually get the tooth extracted.
