Wisdom tooth removal is not painful just a minor surgical procedure if it is impacted..For the confirmation of impaction, get an x ray done to rule out the angulation of tooth in bone. The cost will depend on whether it is normal extraction or disimpaction procedure as it combines precise use of differnet armamentarium and materials..Visit a dentist asap for further treatment before the tooth creates complications..

Lower wisdom tooth may be horizontally placed which requires a proper minor surgery but definitely any tooth removal is not dangerous. With all medications and skill of the surgeon there are almost no pain. But take care to get it removed by a dentist and no quacks
