Wisdom teeth removal
I have a wisdom tooth coming out from lower right side and it has been hurting a lot since past 3 days and has swollen up a little. It has also created something like a wound since it is growing in a weird way towards my cheek and on a joint. I am unable to find dentists around me in kalyan, Maharashtra because of the lockdown, my regular dentist is closed for atleast next 8 days and I am unsure if he would accept my case even after the reopening since my society has 2 covid cases. What should I do?
(Ps- I am using painkillers, colve bud and warm salt water to handle pain at the movement)

Soft diet
Avoid hard food.
No extraoral hot compression or balm or ointments application
Brush twice daily, after food.
Sour curd to be consumed if loose stool experienced.
1) T. Augmentin DUO 625, 2 times/day, total 10 tablets.
2) T. Metrogyl 400, 1 tablet 2 times/day,6 tablets.
3) T. Parasafe 650, only in case of mild pain, maximum 4 times/day.
If doesn't relieve, T.Ketorol DT, one tablet at a time, maximum 3 tablets per day, only if moderate to severe pain, dilute in water and consume.
4) C.pan D, once a day, before food for 5 days.
5) T. Neurobion forte, once a day, after food.
1,2,3,5 to be consumed after food.
1 and 2 both tablets to be consumed strickly as per instruction even if pain subsides after a few tablets.
If no pain, do not take any of no. 3 medicines.
Hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water as long as possible. Repeatedly through our the day.

As you are now having your wisdom tooth erupting, because of which you are facing this problem. Use ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes externally over the area of wisdom tooth. Apply ice pack externally for 4 to 5 times in a day. You can use lukewarm water mixed with salt ( take half glass of lukewarm water with one spoon of salt) for 4 to 5 times in a day.

Rx,
Tab Augmentin 625 mg 10 tablets and
Tab Zerodol sp sos 6 tablets
Tab Pan 40 5 tablets od
use Rexidine m forte gel or mucopain or dologel over the gums of wisdom tooth. It will give you soothing effect.

Erupting wisdom tooth may need surgical removal but definite treatment plan can b done only after clinical evaluation.... For now take 5 days course of following-
Tab augmentin 625mg thrice a day
Tab dolokind aa thrice a day
Tab pan 40 once a day empty stomach
Cap vizylac once a day
Prescribed assuming u have no drug allergy
Next Steps
visit dentist wenever u can , teleconsult for further queries

Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain)
Take all for 5 days
Betadiene mouthwash 3-4 times a day

You can post pone for a month kindly follow one of the drs advice be careful about your allergies, ulcers if any of the drugs even paracetamol allergies are common these days. Eat drugs after good food and curd in plenty.
