There can be presence of ulceration created by the tooth cusp traumatically caused on cheek mucosal region, which can be as painful as a tooth ache.  Need to rule out that possibility before considering tooth ache to be the causative factor.

Hi, You seem to have developed an infection in relation to your upper right side wisdom tooth. The inflammation is causing pain while opening the mouth. According to your history you are not allergic to any medicine. As of now you need to start a course of antibiotics and some anti - inflammatory pain killers: Tab. Augmentin 625 two times a day after meals for 5 days. Tab. Enzoflam two times a day after meals for 3 days. Tab. Ketorol -DT sos (if you need) for pain after 3rd day. Tab. Vizylac once daily with breakfast for 5 days Tab. Razo - 20 once daily empty stomach in the morning for 3 days.
Next Steps
You need to visit a clinic to get an xray to decide the further course of treatment.
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses 4 to 5 times a day (i.e. lukewarm water with a teaspoon of salt ). This is very helpful in reducing the swelling and pain.

Carry out an online consultation with a dentist. Send pictures and describe in detail your symptoms. The dentist can then accordingly prescribe medicines which may be muscle relaxants and painkillers if it is a TMJ disorder or antibiotics if it is an infected tooth.
Next Steps
Online consultation with pictures or video call
Health Tips
Do not self medicate and do not strain the joint by trying to open wide
