Sir it's most common problem faced during eruption of wisdom tooth if your having pain in area where it is covered by gums you can get that covering of gum removed with scalpel or with lasers where in with lasers it causes minimal discomfort after procedure

As of now take Flexon thrice daily for 3 days. Also do a lot of warm salt water gargling - at least the to 4 times a day. Also get an x-ray known as an OPG fine at any radiology clinic. Preferably a digital OPG so we can get a jpg image of the Xray. One I have the Xray I can advise you better. Don't get worried. Éruption of the third molar often comes with these kind of problems.
