As of now take Flexon thrice daily for 3 days. Also do a lot of warm salt water gargling - at least the to 4 times a day. Also get an x-ray known as an OPG fine at any radiology clinic. Preferably a digital OPG so we can get a jpg image of the Xray. One I have the Xray I can advise you better. Don't get worried. Éruption of the third molar often comes with these kind of problems.
