Sir
If you have cavity you can go for x ray and see its depth
If it can be filled you can go for filling but that teeth is not self cleaning
You may not be able to maintain so as to do the filling you should go for permanent solution of removal

Get an X-ray done. If it is correctly positioned and the cavity is not very deep then a filling can be done. However if it is wrongly positioned or the cavity is too deep then better to remove it now then wait for the pain because once infection sets in it is unnecessarily more complicated
