Wisdom teeth
I have a extra teeth which  grown horizontally Towards lower teeth(near last one) I am feeling some pain its swelling Can it reduced by using medicines? Is it necessary to remove that one?

An impacted wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt at give time and space. Wisdom tooth may result to dental caries , crowding by pushing the neighbouring teeth, soarness of jaw , pain in jaw, pericoronitis causing inflammation to the gums surrounding it, may develop in to a cyst. The treatment will be surgical removal of the wisdom tooth followed by painkiller and antibiotic regimen.

Hello yes actually  you have to remove .because  no alternative  treatment. Pain won't  go permanently with painkiller  .it has to be treated  by extracting the wisdom  tooth.

We shd treat the cause of the pain,not just the pain.whn u take painkillers the pain is suppressed but once the effect wears off,the pain wil start again..so it’s better to get it removed rather than taking medicines for long time

Probably it is a malposed wisdom tooth..it should be removed ..problem can't be reduced by medicine.
