Warm water with salt mouthwash is a temporary solution But y u wanna bear pain every 3 months Consult a dentist check the condition and best treatment option

Hi...it's a most common problem. Wisdom teeth are not much required for chewing. Extraction is the best solution. Regards

Get x- ray done and better go for extraction if there is any infection or lack of space availability

See medicine can't be prescribed without seeing the patient, better go to your dentist and get your X ray done, then go according with your dentist advise, in such cases extractions (if teeth is impacted or deeply carious) done with anaesthesia that to depeneding upon the case so visit your dentist soon
