Dear Deepshika
Our team of oral surgeons at The Dental Specialists suggest to follow your doctors advice, since he knows the clinical conditions and evaluated them. Extractions can be preventive or symptomatic, and according to the necessity they can be saved or removed. Always follow the need for a procedure. If you choose to get them removed, please get them done by an oral surgeon only.

According to your x-ray the last right lower and upper and left upper are partially erupted. They are almost inside the bone. I. e, 48,18,28 respectively. They do need extraction. But you can go with the one's which is giving you more pain or discomfort. After extraction usually it would take 2 weeks to get normal so you can take sometime after that till you feel comfortable for the next extraction.
I'll suggest u to go for extraction of lower right side wisdom tooth that's is 38 first it definitely requires surgical removal and then my suggestion is to never touch any tooth after that because all are in danger position because once it's done u might develop paraesthesia that's numbeness of ur toungue and lip ...so kindly avoid unless it's emergency to remove
Next Steps
Go for extraction of 38 alone now and when u get pain then plan accordingly for other tooth extraction
Health Tips
get it done by well trained omfs surgeons.
do salt wasted gargling
maintain ur oral hygiene properly .
as according to the OPG x-ray it seems the wisdom tooth are partially erupted on the left lower and upper region. and the main thing is that if it is not causing any kind of pain or trouble to you then its best to avoid extraction at the moment unless and until its required. and if there is any swelling, food lodgement, gum overlapping the tooth, severe toothache on the particular region etc then it is recommended for extraction.
Health Tips
unless its not needed try to avoid going for any extraction of the wisdom teeth as it may require surgical procedures
