The widal test for typhoid has titres whose significance varies from one area to another.
Ask the local govt hospital, what the titre significance is in your area of residence( water supply - typhoid is food and water borne infection)
In most states of India, titre above 1: 160 are considered diagnostic.
Your titres 1:120 and 1: 60 are low, hence though positive, they do not indicate typhoid disease.
Infections like covid can also cause typhoid titre levels to increase.

Typhoid is there but treatment shoud be analysed with fever appetite fatigue or repeat widal to overcome

So unlikely to be typhoid

Bcz many false positive widal is due to COVID ( anamnestic reaction).
