Why there is side effect of NSAIDS ?
I am 62 year male , I have some side effect to NSAIDS medication , I was taking it as pain killer for my knee , suddenly I have sever headache ( thundeclap headache ) , swelling in legs , and left side chest pain in deep sleep , which would wake me up . After stopping all this no symtomps . Everything is okay like my sugar , heart , kidney , liver . Why such symptoms, also the hankover of all this medicine use to stay for 48 hour , next day I would feel all day drowsy ? What may be the cause , is it neurological or something else ?
