Why my tongue has hard small bumps
I have a small hard bumps on my tongue (middle)its paining sometime,but usually no,its paining when i drink something no while eating, doctor told me its vitamin b12 deficiency,and recommended me hexigel but its chaining my taste when applied,what to do,is this something serious

Pic not clear. However if it's present at the back most part of tongue and multiple in number,  they are a type of taste bud. Nothing to worry about. No treatment required. Still, attach a clear picture, to confirm my assumption.
