Since many months, i have seen when i lick my buccal mucosa in the lower side it feels like some dots are present. If i use my teeth and pull one of those it doesn't hurt.
Is that a fungal infection or is that something else?
No burning no pain etc.
I don't smoke or eat tobacco.
I tried to click pics but if i flash my phone and see closely, then only its visible, otherwise not. It's present bilaterally
