Your baby likely has milia or infantile sebaceous hyperplasia along with mild xerosis (dry skin), which are common and harmless at this age.
Next Steps
Use a gentle, fragrance-free baby cleanser (like Cetaphil Baby or Sebamed). Apply a thick moisturizer (e.g., Atogla, Aveeno Baby, or Venusia Baby) twice daily. Avoid overwashing or using hot water.
Health Tips
This usually resolves with consistent moisturization. Avoid scrubbing or using any medicated creams unless advised. If lesions worsen, consult a pediatric dermatologist.
