Tiny white spots on lips
I noticed tiny white spots on my upper lip (slightly inner side) in April, they are not itchy, paining and remain neutral and noticable only if I focus on them but I don't like them.
Are they Fordyce spots, if they please tell me some medicine.

Yes most commonly they are enlarged sweat glands. And are normally seen in many individuals. Creams can be applied containing retinoic acid but after online consultation
