Baking soda can be used with water to whiten the teeth Baking soda can be used effectively with hydrogen peroxide and with regular tooth paste to clean your teeth Do not use baking soalda with lemon juice and strawberry and these are acidic and it corrodes enamel and removes calcium from teeth.... BENEFITS OF SODIUM BICARBONATE: **It is cheapest alternative to whiten the teeth as it neutalize the acids produced by  bacteria in the mouth too DO NOT USE SODIUM BICARBONATE FREQUENTLY AS IT MAY DAMAGE THE ENAMEL... DO NOT USE BAKING SODA AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO TOOTH PASTE BECAUSE IT DOESNOT HAVE FLUORIDE  IN IT AND MAY MAKE ENAMEL MORE PRONE TO DECAY... DO NOT SCRUB WITH BAKING SODA HARD AS IT MAY DAMAGE GUMS AND ENAMEL... IF YOU HAVE PRE EXISTING GUM DISEASE OR SENSITIVE TEETH ,KINDLY CONSULT WITH DENTIST BEFORE THE USE OF THIS .... RISK OF USING BAKING SODA: It damages enamel and make it sensitive to hot or cold temperature and more likely to cause the teeth cavitated and made normal brushing painful.... It also weaken the adhesive of braces and permanent dental fittings or fixtures...
