its a tonsil stone. occurs due to collection of bacteria, food, other debris in folds of tonsil. no need to worry unless becomes painful. most of time it comes out by its own. but if becomes large and painful then have to get remove by doctor. vigorous gargling with salt water may help you to dislodge the stone.

Hi, If the spot does not bother you ( painless) , it is okay to wait for a a couple of days if it goes of on this own It could be just an ulcer or a burn white taking hot food Also you should start with multivitamin tablets whichever suits you the best
Next Steps
at this stage you can wait for a couple of days to check if it reduces in size and then you must visit your local dentist just to get assessed
