I have been chewing tobacco for the last 7 years and recently I saw a white spot on the lower lip that isn't healing. It is painless and growing in size.

This could be leukoplakia given your history. Get a biopsy done by an oral surgeon.Please stop chewing tobacco.

This white spot is the red line where you quit tobacco in all forms.. This could be leukoplakia given your history. Get a biopsy done by an oral surgeon.. Your lymph node status needs to be evaluated.
