White spot in mouth.
I have been chewing tobacco for the last 7 years and recently I saw a white spot on the lower lip that isn't healing. It is painless and growing in size.

This white spot is the red line where you quit tobacco in all forms.. This could be leukoplakia given your history. Get a biopsy done by an oral surgeon.. Your lymph node status needs to be evaluated.

Hello Dear, Please  consult an MDS-  oral and maaxillofacial radiologist. He/she may recommend some tests and some ointments / gels. Please start with treatment immediately. It may or may not be a serious issue. Only an experience MDS in OMDR would be able to diagnose and treat well.
