  4. White powerdry on scalps. Rid of this?

White powerdry on scalps
When i scrub my scalp my nails are  full of white layer of some powder thing  ,even when i brush it with my hand white powerdy kind of thing falls. its all over my head. At time it itches i take head bath twice a weak as i have sinus.. what should i do now to get rid of this??
