White itchy flakes beard

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have white flakes and itching on beard since last 4 months. I took medicine and cream and after my medicine gets over it reappears. My face has become so worst now that after taking bath flakes appears again and white patches appears all over beard and near lips too. My chest is also damaged with same condition. My pubic area also has white flakes appearing all over. Please help me immediately.
