White discharge
My gf told me that from a day before, white water is coming from her one breast and when she is pressing another breast, also coming watery liquid. Today is fifth day of her periods. She said some pain and no swelling and redness are there. We are actively participate in protected intercourse. She is very worrying about it. 1. What is it? 2. If she tells her family about the problem, does family know that she is activity participated in sex? 3. Is it worrying problem or not, when to see the doctor??

That is called as galactorrhea. there is nothing related to sexual activity it can be due to increase level of thyroid or prolactin hormone especially prolactin You need to do this basic test to see if its wrong

1. Galactorrhea or milky discharge from breast. This can happen in absence of pregnancy if there is hormonal disturbance 2. No, this can be seen in women of all age groups, it is not related to sex 3. It is not normal and she needs to undergo blood tests and scan at the earliest

Breast should be examined for discharge... It's not related with sexual activity.. More over related with hormonal imbalance so detailed evaluation necessary
