Hi! White discharge usually does not depend on food intake , specifically “hot” foods. You could be experiencing this due to several other factors like stress, dehydration, period cycle changes and also an infection. Please make sure you are taking 3 litres of water everyday , eat fresh fruits and foods like curd or buttermilk to prevent any infection. Green leafy vegetables, tomato , cabbage - can be hard to digest by most people. You seem to have simple digestion issue , there’s no need to worry. Please consult online directly so we can help you with a suitable diet to deal with better digestion.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat fresh food, consult on practo.com for further diet advice
Health Tips
DO NOT take any medication/ supplement without expert advice, consult a gynaecologist if discharge is smelly, yellowish and you have itching or discomfort.
