Sonography report:
URINARY BLADDER - Filled minimally. No calculus is seen. Wall thickness appears normal.
UTERUS: appears normal in size and echotexture. Endometrium appears normal in thickness. Uter cavity appears empty. There is 80 x 75 mm sized mixed echogenic well defined lesion seen along posterior aspect of fundus and body region of uterus displacing endometrial cavity anteriorly w increasing and perilesional vascularity is seen appears benign lesion - fibroid likely.
also after menopause white discharge from vegina since last 1 year
