NO RISK will be encountered during extraction of 3 rd molar...it isa normal surgical procedure.To locate the exact position of nerves, CBCT has to be done.....

There is not much risk involved per se for the procedure. If tooth is positioned very close to IAN canal, we can expect mild lower lip paresthesia.
CBCT of impacted teeth is accurate diagnostic tool.
