Hello sir... NO RISK will be encountered during extraction of 3 rd molar...it isa normal surgical procedure.To locate the exact position of nerves, CBCT has to be done.....

CBCT is the best way to understand the nerve position ...What you need is a good surgeon who can manage well your extraction .... Discuss it with your dentist if CBCT is required in your case then proceed .  Good luck

You need not worry about the risk. If the nerve is close to the tooth your dentist will best manage the case as much as possible. A OPG for now will help. If any other aid is needed you will be advised during the procedure

There is not much risk involved per se for the procedure. If tooth is positioned very  close to IAN canal, we can expect mild lower lip paresthesia. CBCT of impacted teeth is accurate diagnostic tool.
