It depends. Some drugs like karneem is good in homeopathy for diabetes,it's just bitter karela seeds and neem. But ensure you are not breastfeeding anyone. Also if you are trying for fertility it's not at all good to go for karneem. Karneem =karela+ neem 😂 It's wrong to say that homeopathy is not conducting evidence based . Recently they have done I feel. . Whatever suits you by experience you should follow. Personal view : if your diabetes very high .. I would recommend you stick to allopathy for now. Most homeopathy practitioners actually give allopathy drugs in hospitals 😂 even I have given karneem to patients  in tit for tat mode.

Clinical Impression Raised ESR and thrombocytosis usually indicate inflammation or infection, sometimes chronic disease or iron deficiency. High sugar and cholesterol signify risk for diabetes and dyslipidemia. GFR is within normal limits (≥90 mL/min/1.73 m²), so no current renal impairment. Treatment Approach Allopathic (evidence-based) medicine is recommended for safety and efficacy. For thrombocytosis, the cause must be determined—common causes include inflammation, infection, iron deficiency, or less commonly, hematological malignancies. Addressing high sugar and cholesterol requires lifestyle changes and possibly medication; regular follow-up and management by a physician is essential. Homeopathy lacks robust scientific evidence for treating thrombocytosis or metabolic risk factors.
Next Steps
Further evaluation to identify the underlying cause of thrombocytosis (CBC, iron studies, infection markers, etc.). Assess cardiovascular and diabetes risk with fasting glucose/HbA1c, lipid profile, blood pressure monitoring. Consult an internist/hematologist for a tailored plan. Lifestyle modifications: Diet, exercise, quitting smoking/alcohol.
Health Tips
Avoid self-medication; do not ignore persistently abnormal test results. Prefer allopathy for first-line management and diagnostic work-up before considering alternative systems.
