Which protein supplement to buy for lean body? Pls suggest the product. I want lean body & muscle not bulky one.

Hi you take proteins from your daily foods. Organic foods,plant source,dairy proteins are very helpful for u. Take vegetables, chicken soup, stew every two times in a day. add dry fruits 100g. add butter on wheat & ghee on rice foods products. u can v some home made fried rice, polao,. U can v protien supplement by a good quality after two months with a Dietitian advice.
