Which mattress to use for back pain
Hello Doctor, I have back pain for which I am got physiotherapy. Now I am doing regular morning walk and changing my lifestyle. Backpain is getting better now. I want to change my mattress as well. Earlier I was using normal mattress and recently started using spring mattress which is ok but is more soft than it should be. Please suggest which mattress I should use. Should I go for memory form mattress with orthopedic support? Or go with something else? Thanks for your suggestion 😊
